Workouts

It's always been a bit difficult for me to stay consistent with my workouts, as I'm sure many of you may have also experienced. I'll frequently be motivated for several weeks, pushing myself hard, but then go months without any workouts leading to essentially no progress over the years. Recently, however, I found this program called the Greyskull Linear Progression - it's a fairly old regimen, but I've actually quite enjoyed its approach quite a bit and it's helped me stay a bit more consistent than I've been in the past. I like that there is a defined goal of how much you should aim to do with each workout, the way it handles resets, and also that the number of sets and reps is quite low (since I don't honestly like doing a billion squats or deadlifts lol). The progress has been slow, but I'm hoping to keep trusting in the process and hopefully make some real gains this time around!
