For hepatocellular, also consider immune checkpoint inhibitors hepatitis (sort of like DILI)
Hepatitis A, B, E can cause LFTs in the thousands. Less likely hepatitis C.
Can also consider parasites, EBV/CMV for hepatocellular injury
Wilson’s disease can also sometimes be in the thousands
Congestive hepatopathy can cause a sort of mixed pattern, but is characterized by indirect hyperbilirubinemia
