For maintenance fluid rates - would remove pancreatitis under the 200cc/hr rate per the WATERFALL trial stating that moderate fluid replacement is better than aggressive fluid replacement in pancreatitis.
Other conditions that were not listed that may benefit from aggressive fluids would be rhabdomyolysis, tumor lysis syndrome, and hypercalcemia.
